Meditation is a necessary tool to QUIET the mind and help bring clarity, calm, and mental resilience into your daily life. This can be done by yourself, but for me, it helps to have a guide. Someone to help you check in with yourself and find the right adjustments to the internal volume controls. The mental chatter quiets and then disappears. It's a beautiful process of sending your energy inwards and planting seeds of peace that brilliantly bloom right when you need them in your life.
